Now we are closer to the snow-covered peaks of the Cascades.  We raise quality Highland Cattle amongst the trees and irrigated pasture. We sell breeding stock and 100% all-natural beef.

 All of our cattle are grass fed and free range on pasture grown without chemical fertilizers.

In order to uphold high standards,

we only sell beef that is born and raised on our farm.

We do not use antibiotics or hormones.

Steers are finished on grass* to ensure a product that is lean, low in cholesterol,

and higher in Omega-3s and Vitamin E.

To prevent stress, we harvest on site.  Our beef is aged for 18 days and then cut and wrapped to order.
