Welcome to the home of Cascade Highlanders.

We are located in the scenic high desert of Central Oregon, a short distance from the snow-covered peaks of the Cascades.  We raise quality Highland Cattle on our 40 acres of irrigated pasture.



We sell breeding stock and 100% all-natural beef.

 All of our cattle are grass fed and free range on pasture grown without chemical fertilizers.

In order to uphold high standards,

we only sell beef that is born and raised on our farm.

We do not use antibiotics or hormones.

Steers are finished on grass* to ensure a product that is lean, low in cholesterol,

and higher in Omega-3s and Vitamin E.

To prevent stress, we harvest on site.  Our beef is aged for 18 days and then cut and wrapped to order.
